    Position: Software Engineer (Full-Stack), Forward Deployed
    We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our AI platform team in a forward deployed capacity. In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients to build and deliver tailored, end-to-end AI solutions that solve real-world problems. This position combines software engineering with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both technical excellence and strong communication skills. You will develop and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly with AI-driven back-end systems, enabling intelligent automation and actionable insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forward Deployment: Collaborate directly with clients to understand workflows, gather requirements, and deliver custom full-stack solutions aligned with operational needs.

    • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust front-end and back-end systems to support AI applications.

    • User Experience: Build intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

    • Scalability: Develop scalable solutions to handle complex workflows and large-scale datasets.

    • Integration: Work with AI and data engineering teams to integrate machine learning models and APIs into production systems.

    • Optimization: Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability through best practices and continuous improvement.

    • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.

    • Innovation: Leverage research insights and emerging technologies to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered platforms.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies

    • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask)

    • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

    • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with real-time data processing and visualization

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)

    • Background in integrating AI and machine learning models into applications

    • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and deployment automation

    Salary Range
    $160,000–$190,000, based on experience and qualifications
